Ok, so first of
all, to ask out a girl you have to have known her for a long
while. It works best if you ask out someone whom you see often:
like a coworker or a classmate. At first, test the waters, by
subtly indicating that your are interested in her. Hang around
her more, lean in closer when you're talking, offer her stuff
and favors, and be extra gentleman-like. After a while (5 days-2
weeks, depending on how often you see her) of doing that, she'll
yearn for your presence are will be ready for being asked out by
you. Don't worry about waiting to ask her out too long. If you
just keep being extra nice to her, she'll just keep liking you
more and more.
When you're ready,
ask her if she wants to go on a date with you. Ask her which
movie she wants to go to, and go there. Remember to never stop
being a gentleman: pay for her tickets and food, open doors,
